Train with the calendar
Seasons
The DRVN training year runs in four phases — build a base in the off-season, convert it to speed in the pre-season, sharpen for play in the early-season, and peak through the summer. Start with a season, then drop into the month.
October – December
Off-Season
Recover from the season, rebuild movement quality, and lay the strength base everything else is built on.
January – March
Pre-Season
Convert the off-season base into power and swing speed, then transfer it to the swing before the first tee.
April – May
Early-Season
Sharpen output and stay durable as play ramps back up — peak the gains heading into summer.
June – September
In-Season
Peak on-course performance — speed, skill, and the variety to finish the season strong.
