A Framework, Not a Script

public

The premise: the method is a framework, not a script. The weekly cycle, the seasonal phases, and the training levels describe intent and order — what a block is for, and what should come before it. They do not dictate that a golfer squats on a Monday.

Adjust intensity around real schedules. Use testing to show progress. Manage fatigue proactively. A coach who follows the sequence exactly but ignores the golfer in front of them has followed the letter of the method and missed it entirely.

The framework earns its authority from the order of operations, not from the calendar. Keep the order; move the days.

Coach Application:

  • Preserve the sequence — build capacity, convert it, express it, maintain it — even when the timing slips.
  • When a week is disrupted, drop volume rather than skipping a phase.
  • State which part of a plan is fixed and which is yours to move, so the golfer knows where the flexibility is.
