So we often get bunch of you asking about shots in the gym yeah we whack balls around in here all right so it's an almost golf ball pretty much completely out of ship it's pretty solid but it's fun all right so that's what we're hitting and then in terms of damage we're actually pretty solid all right you can see the back wall here with a nice steel frame that helps the wall up here we've got a few marks all right it's like you know we're kind of showing what's going on so right up on the wall here see all those ball marks a few hand marks as well that's something different that's what we normally take in those hits but only one time's it really gone slightly awry that's what I want paying too much attention the door took a hit so now that lives in the gym reminds us what we're doing out here all right so yeah we like to do it we like to work on the swing we like to create our content hope you all appreciate it Go crush your Friday
