Three banded exercises you need to try before the end of the masters to improve your golf swing. First up is the swing elevation drill for your back swing. You're going to loop a band underneath your foot.

Take your golf posture and your grip and then stretch up and around the body to create a tall solid position fully load into the trail leg so you're ready to go at the top. Next up is a swing arc pump drill. High attachment.

We're working your transition and down into the ball because we've already worked out your back swing. Now we go in the opposite direction. You're going to allow the band to stretch you back up into that position.

Then you're going to fire the hips, use the upper body, and get down into impact. Okay? The stretch of the band engages your core, gets you feeling into a really solid impact position, increases movement, and then increases speed.

Number three is a dynamic step to release. This is all about sequencing and speed through the ball. This time we have the low attachment.

We're starting with our feet together. We step into our golf posture, fire the hips, and then accelerate with the upper body. Be as dynamic and as fast as possible.

This is how you create awesome ball striking and more distance. And if you're wondering which bands to use, check out Crossover Symmetry. We trust them in all of our workouts.

They are perfectly designed for all levels and they're going to help you take your golf fitness to the next level.
