[Music] what's going on guys a little bit of a different video this monday we're going to do an iron review so as you may or may not know I've been playing the tcb raw tour issue tourist you've got build with the dgx7 for a little while and they're pretty awesome guys all right however tightlists have hooked me up with a brand new set of the new t100s okay cool thing is we've pretty much got the same build we've got x seven three quarters over and we're matching lofts as well so we're gonna give them a pretty cool test right now when I test clubs you're now gonna give you an honest opinion and it's gonna be a straight up review so pretty similar ions both pretty much the top irons on the on the tour and once you can actually get hold of these things these are probably going to be the top irons on the market all right so let's hit a few shots I'm going to talk you through the differences we're going to see some numbers and see which is going in the bag [Music] [Applause] [Music] that's pretty stock seven iron so 200 total kind of flying it up a little bit today all right so this is a tcb lots of hype about this on tour your boy john ram went and jumped for it really cool design all right so this one I would say there's probably a little bit more technology in terms of how it feels there's a little bit more click and pop off the face all right so really cool design I like the ship I've played callaway for a long time so I'm pretty comfortable however this is the first one of their cavity style irons that I've kept in the bag for a while beforehand they always used to have too much kind of a hollow feeling from what I've played before apex pro etc this one really has a solid feel it's got enough ball speed like a lot of ball speed we get that speed coming out of it but it doesn't feel as it's a game improvement height and that's kind of something I always struggled with before so you got pretty much standard blade length cool width on the sole nothing too crazy you've got the nice design looking down from the top and from there you kind of get after so let's hit another one like you said on the course I'm really happy to get down and through the turf with these as well not too bad when you think so nice compact design obviously these are raw which you know not everybody gets access to but they have the they do have the same head shape design as the retail version if you can get a hold of them okay so it's the first cavity from callaway I've kept in the bag I really do love easily enough technology whilst looking like a traditional blade I'm giving some awesome results guys all right so numbers are obviously pretty similar between the two they're both the toe cavity style in terms of looking as traditional as possible whilst giving you that technology and the callaway's hard to beat [Music] so as you can see guys numbers are pretty similar as you would expect both the tour cavity we got the same builds shaft length loft they match up pretty good guys right but into the tight list so again we have got the raw on the callaway gives it a slightly different appearance however this one as you would expect from titleist it's pretty traditional okay really is very close to a blade when you're looking down from the top you can you really can't tell it is a cavity of any style any type all right so obviously if you like that traditional look but you want a little bit of different weighting that's a pretty cool way to go guys all right in terms of everything else slightly longer profile maybe it's slightly thinner so but we're talking very small amounts guys okay so I probably would say it's a little bit more different in difference in offset less being on the tight list that could also again just be to do with the finish however as I said this one pretty much stacks up straight as a blade with a little bit of help in the back all right so getting that standard shot shape I like the look as it comes down it's a pretty solid iron guys so yeah 140 ball speed 200 yards total it's a nice feel guys all right and like I said the big difference really is in turf interaction you want to feel really comfortable going through because of the way I've been pretty deep on those divots I've got really used to the soul on the tcb the confidence in the build to really turn through and just hold it online okay as I said with these slightly sharper leading edge in terms of that blade style so it's a little bit more traditional in those styles guys all right so really these probably are the best two irons on the market I would say if you've been a blade player before and you've been thinking about a little bit more help potentially just a fraction more distance t100 is where to go if you're looking for a different head you get a little bit more help and really get some pop off the face a different feel tcb is a guy guys all right however if you get either you're probably winning all right so not your traditional club review which goes in my bag probably bought them let's test them out a little bit more right now I'm sitting on the tcb's that raw finish the confidence through the turf that's where I'm at guys all right but x7 gets it done and if you get either of these in your bag you're winning all right so a little different video for the channel make sure if you haven't checked out our other
