Three minutes to help you shoot the lowest score this weekend most golfers do not warm up and you should do we're going to show you how in three minutes you can make a huge difference in shoots lower Scott started out we're gonna go 20 Dynamic windmills wide stance turn around the spine get into that posterior chin and just create your rotational pattern whilst you work against the ground good for the hamstrings the glutes and definitely creating a nice wide Arc for your rotation there we go 20 reps we're then going to go 10 Golf Club rotator cuff clean and jerk so you're going to bring those elbows up you're going to turn through and press down repeat the mush skin into the shoulders getting into the specifics I'm working that nice tall pattern it's going to help improve your posture and how you turn through the ball and deliver through the upper body so as you go through raise up that's five reps right there turn through so shrug right up turn over with a fixed elbow press and go okay that's rep 7 hit your reps work your way through so finish it up feel the shoulder blades moving then you're going to press and finish out that mush always repeat on the way down before you go into 20 lunges with rotation you see this one an awful lot you're gonna fire up the lower body you got the asymmetry you're also increasing the heart rate that's important because that is how your body works okay so make sure as you work through these reps you get a nice flow to it create a little bit of intensity takes less time and also you can have all those other benefits 12 down we're on time we're just on time so stabilize first and then rotate over your lead side always working both sides of the body and hitting those patterns stand it up we're then going to go into our gold posture we're going to go 10 t-span press away so we rotate it to the side press bring it back to Center opposite side press and go make sure the glutes are functioning make sure you put a nice wide angle and always rotate the hips while staying in your posture this is awesome again for your car activation for the neutral spine position and your posture and just getting into those patterns because once you fire out the brain and the body your skill development where you're actually going to execute the swing is going to improve dramatically that's 10 reps we finish out with 10 step to swing feet together back swing turn and go Okay add the speed stair dynamic and really just make sure you're using the ground using our rotational pattern again it's done that's five right now I'm gonna go five left always good to work the opposing side of the body because then we can decelerate and we build up that symmetry all the way through five and five we're gonna overrun Just a Touch hit and go okay so you get that step push the ground fire the hip and then fire the club straight to impact feels really good getting a heart rate up you got the whole body's firing you do this before you play the body is ready to go Okay so that's for we've got a last rare and there we go we're gonna clock it at 3 45. Okay we said three minutes it had a three in it that's pretty good going all right so less than five minutes you got the heart rate up you've got the whole body working you're using the ground you're turning around the spine you have what you need to now go and hit some reps hit some shots and Tee It Up on the first hole ready to play well right from the start because we all know too often we roll up Tee It Up and then [ __ ] it up for the first five holes all right we're not gonna do that today do this warm-up do it quick do it with precision and feel so much better when you play all right three minutes get it done play good this weekend subscribe to the channel get the app go strong [Music]
