If you want more consistent ball striking, you need to improve your posture and your core stability. These two rotational exercises are the best place to start. [Music] The rotational chop requires you to be asymmetrically balanced in your lower body.

Each leg doing something different and then super stable through the core so you can create that rotation up and around the lead leg with the strength of your upper body. When you match that up with the split stance torso rotation under load, this is 60 lb. You are separating the upper and lower body, creating a lot of power through your rotation.

And from there, you get more stable through the core, in your center of gravity, and then into your golf swing. [Applause] And that really is the key. You develop the core stability and the rotation in the gym.

Then you head to the range, you head to your simulator, get to the course, work on your game, and you have more to work with physically. So that when you work on the skill, you're going to be a better golfer.
