A 10-minute core workout that will stabilize your swing and reduce pressure on your lower back. Hit three sets of 20 reps of these three exercises to bring balance and stability to your core. Starting with the all fours pull away.

This creates lateral motion. So, we have to stabilize and maintain a neutral spine position into the pallet hold split stance rotation. This is huge for mobility and the golf swing mechanics to turn around the spine and use both sides of the body.

We finish with loaded oblique tilt. This strengthens the sides of your core, makes your golf swing more durable, and will reduce injuries over time. And remember to always work both sides because even though the golf swing works in one direction, we need symmetry, stability, and overall fitness to improve your game.
