We are going to help you get golf fit in 2023 and this is how [Music] [Applause] in part two we are going to help you choose the right place to start with the right workouts so you can make the most progress in part one we helped you assess what your body is at currently we had a quick home workout and if you haven't seen that video yet jump on it right now if it's going to lead into exactly what we are going through today in terms of getting started on your own golf fitness journey we have three places where we're looking to get you into standpoint number one will be unloaded here in our level system we have workouts to start with a club only so you're not loading the body you're not using that external tension you're just using your own body weight to make progress and then into banded workouts bands and cables are pretty much interchangeable and they give you amazing ways to trade for your golf swing and to help you get better overall okay so the key here is asymmetrical movements using one side of the body different to the other it's rotation it's stability and it is balance because if you have all of those factors you can move better and you can swing better here we have a simple test set for you to try to gauge if this is right for you and we're going to start with the split stance vertical rub here with a band or a cable you're going to take a split stance with the tension fixed low to the ground at this point you are then going to roll around your body creating a rotational pattern around the spine a massive function of the upper body whilst also stabilizing the lower half movement number two is going to be the reverse lunge with crossover rotation this is awesome for stability and your rotational pattern as you go into a reverse lunge stabilize the core stabilize the spine and then aggressively rotate over your lead side return to Center work the opposing side of the body to create symmetry balance and speed okay the final movement you got a choice of single leg rotational jumps or Sprinter step UPS here this is about unilateral force create Edition using your body weight to drive and accelerate against the ground using one side of the body to power your golf swing and get you to that next level starting point number two is to use lower equipment but lower the body and create an awesome stimulus this is an incredibly popular way amongst our members to get the most out of your workouts to golf strong to move better and to create real term performance right now and way into the future so here we have lots of different options okay today's sample workout is from the new brick 80 level exactly as it sounds guys right we're going to give you the workouts the mobility the stretching and the drills and the practice sets to help you get into the 70s and play at your best golf ever okay so the workouts are going to be in that 40 to 45 minute range you're gonna need a kettlebell a dumbbell or options and here we're going to create such a cool golf Fitness stimulus I'm just gonna be able to really challenge the body okay and to this sample set is going to do exactly that movement number one is going to be the rotational kettlebell swing this is going to load your hips we're going to load against the ground we're going to work around the spine and we're going to create a golf swing rotation with the Kettlebell and as you then work against that you create a much stronger system you create more rotational capacity which means more balance more consistency and more speed for your swing always work both sides and use a width you can move with efficiency and speed we're going to pair that with box jumps so here we have to elevate our body we have to accelerate against the ground and that vertical force will fuse straight into your golf swing and help you rip it on the course so make sure your farm is on point we're going to elevate our body then compress down into the ground before accelerating and landing in great position on the box okay you can change this out for broad jumps or squat jumps if needed and the route options with lower impact movements guys right but this is a great way to start minimal equipment high level of results and awesome golf Fitness that final starting point is our most structured and performance-based programs this is going to be full gym equipment with functional or conventional options so wherever you trade you can get this done and it's all about periodized training making sure you hit strength Cycles hit performance numbers power and speed elements as well as build an incredible base of overall Fitness okay guys so I think compound lifts deadlifts and squats I think Med balls with the additional accessory work of kettlebells dumbbells car and everything that you need guys right this is what we do in a day out day in day out basis is proven to be the best out there and if you want to follow along guys right this is where you really do dominate your playing partners and absolutely rocket it off the tee okay a really simple combination for today to show you how this works this is a set where we would do heavy deadlifts first and then drop down okay so we take the weight right down because once we've lifted heavy the muscle fibers are active we then put speed on top and they all know what they're doing okay so we match the deadlift with a vertical Med ball slam we have ourselves a power session okay guys so to execute the deadlift make sure that you get into a neutral spine set up feet flat to the ground you're then going to push away the ground before firing the hips and the glutes to bring yourself into a stable finished position fully locked out okay you're gonna pair that up with vertical Med ball slams we're looking for full extension and elevation before you snap the hips work through the core and then deliver all of that speed down into the ground for a huge vertical force of lifting and then accelerating down and you're going to absolutely power your golf swing this is how to start your golf fitness journey okay guys remember part one we helped you assess the body engage yourself with a quick workout here in part two we're giving you the perfect starting point to make sure your golf Fitness is specific to you I'm going to give you the best results possible okay you've seen the levels you understand the workouts number one go ahead get yourself that free trial on the app so you can explore for yourself number two make sure you tune in for part three where we're going to show
