The three best medball exercises for your golf swing. We want to help you improve your ball striking and your speed. So, first we're going to look at the transition.

That's your change of direction and often the hardest part of your golf swing. But if we work with the transitional slam, we use that downward force. We rotate the hips and we create maximum speed down into the ground.

As we get into impact, we need upper body power to transfer maximum energy to the ball. That's why we're going to use the lying pio medball press. This is huge to get maximum power out of your chest and is awesome to put into your training if you want more speed at impact.

And if you really want to max out your swing, we need sequencing and we need a release to the target. This is where medballs are best. We can train fast, dynamic, and just let it rip.

Right here we have the step two slam. We maximize your footwork. We fire the hips and then we put as much energy into the ball as possible to give you the swing mechanics and power that you need to rip it off the tea.
