DRVN Fitness Testing
publicA standardized test of physical capacity organized around five core domains that influence swing performance. It answers: how much physical capacity does this golfer have to support the swing they're trying to make — repeatedly, under speed, load, and fatigue?
Domain → Test Map
| Domain | What It Measures | Test |
|---|---|---|
| Strength | Force production & load tolerance | Deadlift |
| Power | Explosive output | Bench Press |
| Speed | Movement velocity | Club Head Speed |
| Endurance | Repeated output | Run or Bike |
| Athleticism | Coordination & control | Broad Jump |
Scoring
Each of the five domains is scored on a 1–5 scale, producing a total Fitness Score out of 25 — the same framework as the Mobility Assessment. It surfaces strengths to leverage, capacity gaps limiting performance, and where training emphasis delivers the greatest return.
Role in the System
Fitness answers: Can the body support and repeat the right positions under demand? It pairs with the Mobility Assessment to form the Golf Fitness Handicap™.
