Increase your club head speed faster with only an exercise band and these two golf swing exercises. We start in our golf posture with a crossover rotation. This helps you to transfer pressure between the feet, activate the core, and prime your body for rotation so you're ready to move faster.

Then we transfer to the step to press. This gets you working through your sequencing, gets you using the ground even more, and key is to fire the hips, then fire the upper body. That sequence is where your golf swing will go from slow to fast.

Always train both sides of the body. We're going to go 20 reps on the crossover and 10 reps on the step to press. That's three sets, rest 60 seconds, you'll be ready to rotate faster sequencing in the golf swing, and from there you'll hit longer drives.
