So what's the workout so we are starting out with some strict work some asymmetrical work so one side of the body to create a little bit balance we're gonna go romanian deadlifts we have seated shoulder press and then we've got some car work some strict leg raises with kettlebell holes so I'll start out with the romanian probably going to go 24 kilos 53 pounds just a case of maintaining balance I'm really using the foot well against the ground so from here we're looking at hinge pan taking down [Music] the best neutral spine position possible you're looking at the teeth load the glue load the hamstring and get in the best position possible so once with the deadlifts we're going to work into some shoulder work and power so because this is quality not time you're breaking this down at your own speed and as many reps touching both parts of the arm knuckles into your chin and from there breath in extend keeping everything close and in line so retract extend so why is it important to do one arm at a time so as golfers we always work asymmetrically which is essentially having each side of the body doing a different thing at a given time so training that way enhances your ability to maintain your smiling position whilst underweight whilst under stress from a different movement so your ability to then stabilize directly helps you when you go to the course when you're on the range it helps your body stay in position the next one leg raises so yeah straight leg raises we're going to have a double kettlebell hold just to enhance the upper body stability and this one obviously 12 focus gets into the hip flexing a little bit so make sure your function is good tiffy lying position extend the kettlebells up like you would do with a floor press or bench press it doesn't matter too much about the weight that's more kind of a focus to align the upper body through the car certainly working together as we load up extend the top keep the glass so how many rounds and reps for each with where so was at today absolutely five rounds ten of each movement at a time with the again as I said you break it down you choose to kind of go with how you feel how your whole training week's coming together and what you're trying to get out of it so for me right there that's kind of midway just getting the body moving making sure the function is there basically feeling pretty good part two yeah into the workout now so this is definitely the focus of today and this is one of our favorite kettlebell workouts really so five rounds we're using two kettlebells all the way through a lot of grip strength as well as full body activations going on it's a good challenge we are doing this one with rest at the end of each round so the idea being it's a high intensity interval style and the aim here is try and hold on through the whole rounds oh you'll be happy foreign let's go 2 15. 2 15 around 9 seconds rest go again 2 1 two minutes I didn't mention that yeah last round last round good let's go that one was the fastest thing under two minutes how was it the challenge man grip of grip's going on in there so maybe one do it straight before I play it off but that's good it's a good challenge once you get that rest in there 90 seconds it's close to one to one so you can get after in between those rounds all right so that rest allows you to get done nice I'm done so how does that transfer to a game how does that help what was the aim of that consistency strength and stability really so kettlebells right from the beginning we got asymmetrical like we talked about different sides of the body doing different things as xmp game because you are asymmetrical all the time so increasing your ability to control that and do it better over time be more efficient you're going to be huge and then a workout like that you're going to get fairly stronger and obviously that's a huge part of it so the ability to move that weight is going to be incredible for your posture good core strength glute activation and just general strength through the ground so also a bit of mental toughness you gotta get after it you gotta be money putting that work which we're all about you know so it's a good day we care about training we've got the full 30 days on there which you can get in the app at any given time each day is gonna have a different focus and you're just going to be a more complete athlete once you've done it anytime you can get stronger you can improve your car your spinal positioning it's going to transfer to your game if you let it and if you make sure that your technical side is matching up pretty good to your physical body as well always good to hear from the community guys would love to see you engage whether you're subscribed or not if not hit subscribe right now if you've done this workout make sure you post another in the app forum or in the comments section right here we'd love to hear how heavy he went how fast he went and basically how it felt to you and how that game is as well guys all right we want to hear as much from you as possible because this is a community guys right it's the strongest movement in golf
