If you can't clear your hips in the golf swing, it's because the majority of golfers don't have the single leg strength or rotational power to create the best golf swing they're capable of. This set will change that for you. We're starting out with 12 reps of dumbbell lunges.

This builds asymmetrical stability and the strength to push out of the ground and move your hips. We pair that with a split stance wall slam, and this really works the core and your rotational pattern so that even when you have less stability against the ground, you can create more rotational force and power your golf swing. So, when you do get to the course, what you want to feel is that you load the feet into the ground.

That pushes the hips, and from there, you're going to snap the club into the ball for maximum club head speed and more distance.
