· auto-generatedTwo exercises so that your swing is more explosive and more balanced. Number one, the step-to-rotational swing. We step out to load our backswing, fire the hips, and create massive power through.
You're also managing a heavier weight, meaning your body is getting more powerful and more durable. Really make sure you work with the kettlebell and fire the hips every single time. From there, we go to the wall and we have a med ball.
Lead leg to the wall. This is all about stability and how the core functions. We're going to rotate powerful.
Make sure that catch is super solid. If you catch and move, you're not stable enough. So, line it up, neutral spine, lots of power, same position every single rep.
And from there, that's where you're going to get more balanced. That's where you're going to be more consistent because you're going to load into the ground, you're going to fire the hips, core's going to be stable, and you're going to be able to apply all of that force into the golf ball so you hit better shots more consistently.
