Endurance Test
Testing work capacity to assess and improve a golfer's physical preparedness to deliver an efficient golf swing.
The movement
Two phases, one connected system
Scrub the rep above to move between the two positions, or tap a phase to hold it.
Begin with a well-paced, controlled effort. Work capacity is the level of physical ability expressed over time — an increase enhances performance in your game and in everyday life.
Build to increasing speed and hold it. Consistency — both in how the test is performed and on the course — means adequate fitness resists a drop-off in performance over a full round.
Fundamentals
What the test is really measuring
Work Capacity
Physical ability expressed over time. An increase in work capacity enhances any individual's performance in their game and in their everyday life.
Longevity
Cardiovascular health is a key metric to longevity — literally and in performance. This maps directly to the DRVN mission: to inspire health and fitness through and for golf.
Training Cycles
Create a standardised baseline, implement the most appropriate training cycle for clear, tracked progressions, then perform the same test again for objective progress.
Why it matters
Work capacity holds performance over the round.
Adequate physical fitness resists a drop-off in performance over a full round — and cardiovascular health is one of the key metrics to longevity, both literally and in terms of how you play.

Test it. Track it. Improve it.
The worksheet gives you the score. The DRVN App turns it into training cycles, daily accountability, and automatic Golf Fitness Handicap™ tracking.
