A 20-minute strength and Mobility session designed to help you become a golf swing is but when you use this program you will absolutely get that right we create and deliver the best workouts the best Mobility programs and the best overall training platform in golf so whether you're a subscriber are you coming to us for the first time we want to let you know that this YouTube channel will deliver exactly that full workouts full Mobility sessions and everything you need to get your body in great shape and improve every element of your golf performance today we're focusing in on is that is our new protocol in the golfod PT app Advanced corrective exercises we're looking at that space right between pure mobility and stretching and a full workout to give you an incredible stimulus that's low intensity but high in results and is absolutely designed to help you with stability balance rotation and basically every physical attribute of the golf swing today we're looking at the loaded section week one day one and we're going to go through it all right now so you're going to start out with two sets of air Symmetry and that's going to be 20 cross body split squats so as you can see here we're holding a dumbbell in one hand you can use any load and we of course have zero equipment or banded options in the app as well but what we're looking to do here is to create a full range of motion with that asymmetrical stance that means the hips are working differently the legs have to create power and force in a different layer and it challenges your bounce you're going to control down we're not looking to do this fast we want full control we're going to work both sides and once you hit your sets and Reps those legs are going to be in a great position to perform foreign we work a number of asymmetrical aspects because the golf swing is an asymmetrical movement very simply it means that each side of the body is doing a different thing so the more you can work on that the more you can connect up body and mind you can improve all aspects and definitely improve the gear into set two we are focusing on balance now we've got three rounds of 12 crossbody single leg RDL and 12 single leg step ups with a three second hold so looking into the RDL we want the full foot engaging with the ground and want a very slight Bend of the knee so we can load the posterior chip as you work into your hinge position the crossbody element is going to help you connect and communicate across the whole system creating that muscle firing but also huge levels of stability imbalance from the lower body through the core into the upper body huge for your performance with the step up we really are loading the lower body falling on from the split squats we want to make sure that you can raise yourself get that hip function get the big muscles working and be balanced when you do so you're getting huge levels of end range activation you get a lot of time and attention and all of these aspects are helping you to manage that weight to increase joint function and become better physically for your body and for your gain foreign to finish it out we bring it all together we've got a little bit more Dynamic a little bit more power focused and we go with the lunge into rotational press so we're still using that lower body side to get a lot of volume on the legs even in a short period of time to get really good strength workout add in the specifics the mobility and the output and you're going to make some serious gains in a short period of time so building on the split squats building on the step ups with this movement we're going to Lunge into position we're going to move that cross body hold again and once you're stable in that lunge position you're going to rotate through the core around the spine and press the Kettlebell or dumbbell away from your body in that rotational pattern make sure you don't overload we want to hit that end range of motion we also want to move fast so if we go too heavy you're going to be slower through that Ridge return to Center create a stability stand up from the lunge and repeat on either side It's always important to work both sides when we get asked all the time we do swing in One Direction however the body wants to be as symmetrical as possible we want to build stability build activation and build a better system overall that is where we get it done that's where these programs are different guys right so how does all of this help your gear I think you can already tell exactly what's going on here we're looking at being super stable and strong in the lower body we want to be able to rotate using that power from the legs through the core that's a huge element because when the legs are functioning we have all that power start up through the ground we've got the big muscles working if we can use that then fire through the core that's where the strength of the Swing really comes from the arms are the speed and the delivery of the club head the specifics into the shot but when you use this program you will absolutely get that right and that is use the ground store and transfer through the car and then deliver with excellent efficiency and speed through the upper body this is just one of our programs and we will be adding more and more not only to the YouTube channel but to the two apps that you can get right now to change your git the PT app that is your mobility and its destination a great place to start for any level then we have the complete golf wad training app workouts warm-ups cooldowns Mobility drills practice sessions it is your complete golf performance platform hope you enjoyed today's video hit like hit subscribe tell us what type of workouts you want to get
