45 minute full body power workout for golfers. Let's go. So, hit that full warm-up, got the body firing.

Now, we start out with five heavy kettlebell swings. We've got 100 lbs right here and one explosive broad jump. We've got 225 over here.

>> [music] >> Now, we deadlift. Trap bar always preferred and we're going to use our warm-up sets just like we would do at the range to work on form and build up volume. Now, we have four working sets of just one rep, but it's going to be heavy.

It's a nine RPE, meaning it's just submaximal. So, I'm maintaining strength and building power if we can move it fast. >> [music] >> Super important for golfers to maintain strength during the season to keep power and to reduce injury likelihood.

This is just over 400 lbs, 183 kilos for me. Move it with great form. It feels good.

No drop sets on the lifestyle side because we're only going for 45 minutes. If you want more, hit performance. Here, we got a box, we got a dumbbell.

We're going to get explosive, work the core, and build all-round golf fitness. We're going to hit 18 reps of each movement, 12, [snorts] then six. Aim for a sub 6-minute time.

Let's go. >> [clears throat] [snorts] >> 5:33 with a 50-lb dumbbell and a 24-in box. That is a full power workout for golfers.

It's only six movements in total. You can see how hard I've been working. 45 minutes, huge gains for your body and for your golf swing.

Lock it in the Train app. Let's go.
