We're gonna show you how to warm up hit bombs let's go in less than 10 minutes we can help you move better swing faster and hit it further so let's get to work first movement is going to be 30 dynamic windmill rotations you take a wide stance you're going to hinge at the hip maintaining a neutral spine and then relative to your range of motion you're going to touch the opposing foot with the opposing hand creating a wide arc and a wide rotational pattern through the thoracic spine the middle of your back where you hold up so much tension hit 30 reps nice dynamic floor work with tempo and then you're going to go into 20 jumping rotational squats here we want you to accelerate to the level you feel comfortable with ensuring that your lower body is in control and stable the whole time from there we are going to squat down into the ground max out our ground forces as we accelerate up you're to turn and rotate trying to get to that 180 level landing with stability and using the ground to maximize your speed potential final thing you're going to go 10 step 2 swings all right five each direction so we get symmetry throughout the body we get everything fired up and this is over speed training it's going to improve your kinematic sequencing it's going to get you that awareness from the ground and it's going to get you ready to swing as fast as possible and drop bombs on the range and on the course [Music] okay guys so that warm up is designed specifically to get us into the best positions possible the dynamic windmills are going to help us rotate and create extension through the thoracic spine so the upper body does what it needs to do going back and on the way down those jumping rotational squats that's going to get us using the ground pushing off creating torque creating reaction forces and powering up our swing and then that step to swing builds up that sequence you know the deal guys right we're going to load going back and then lower body hips torso arms everything sequences up so you're maxing out your power potential and getting everything out you move guys alright so do the warm up drop bombs now watch this drive [Music] foreign [Music] you gotta warm up you gotta cool down guys all right so that is how you can hit it further on the range build some speed and take it deep guys all right so make sure you warm up hit this when you play this weekend and then get the app because we've got so much more in there guys right from warm-ups drills to workouts that's the way to go and then subscribe to the channel tell your friends tear it up this weekend [Music]
