This proven combo pairs kettlebell front rack lunges with step-two rotational med ball slams to build unilateral stability and sequenced rotation.

· auto-generatedOnce again 30 yards in as little as 30 days we've seen this proven speed combination do exactly that for a whole bunch of golfers and now it's your turn let's go [Music] we are talking about unilateral stability and sequence rotation so why is that important for your swing because that is your swaying all right as you change pressure through the body that's unilateral aspect because once more weight goes to one side of the body than the other we have to work on that as a balance and challenge to our center of gravity okay so the unilateral aspect means that we're loading one side more the stability aspect means that as we do so we're not moving around all over the place okay so unilateral stability means we can turn and load into our trail side with stable engaged positioning and then return in the opposite direction okay that's part two because that is rotational sequencing and what we need to do with that stability is ensure that as we load up we then use the ground first into the legs torso arms hit that kinematic sequence and create a powerful athletic swing alright so if you want to work on these two aspects one we need to build a better golf swing and two we have two levels of exercises sets and reps right here that are going to help you golf strong the optimal combination from our experience is going to be kettlebell front rack lunges and step to rotational med ball slams and why does this work so well unilateral stability and sequenced rotation are you going to build strength in these positions and then you're going to build speed with a direct transfer to your golf swing okay so in terms of the front rack lunges the key is to get the kettlebell resting on the whole of your arm okay not resting out back here knuckles into the chin give it a good position to sit from there we want to make sure our core stays engaged the entire time so clean them up so knuckles in from here neutral spine engaged core and then he's going to alternate feet okay do not step too far it's through touch engage and back make sure that your front foot is fully pressing against the ground get your breathing mechanics right and drive through these reps once you've finished bring them down hinge with it step straight into the med ball slams because one thing is once you have the muscular activation over here you want to then start training the speed it gets everything fired up okay so here you've seen these a bunch guys right but make sure you execute them well let's go full sand all right you're going to start reasonable distance away from the wall feet together and then from here you're going to step into it all right that's going to give you that extra reaction force from the ground that's how we build speed so step rotate and load and then fire to the attack so always focus on both sides guys right and then when you do try and peek that lead hip but as you rotate create stability on the lead side as well so load stable on the trail side as we turn through the lead leg peaks so it straightens up and then we release okay so get that footwork down in and go this is a proven combination and we want to show you exactly what it feels like check this out okay we're going to hit full set so clean those kettlebells up into the front rack position hinge knuckles in from here stabilize that lead leg okay you can see knee tracks over the foot the whole foot works against the ground and from there we can be stable okay cause engaged neutral spine and again make sure you're pushing off that front foot without taking too big of a step hit your 12 reps I think I've got two more so a couple of 24 kilo 53 pound bells straight into that step to press so here you already fired up after those kettlebells go full stand all right load and then rotate so lord fire go a couple of terrible reps that's more like it extra one let's focus on talking to you switch onto the left side always split let it go again cause firing rotation's on point footwork's good okay rest between rounds get after it okay guys you said some reps hope you enjoyed that first person we're going to check out a little bit more in the future but if you're not loading up and you still want to get after the unilateral stability sequence rotation no problem going to grab a club and you're going to go into a lunge to club hold rotation okay it's a similar way of doing things this time it's going to add a bit of rotation for an additional challenge set up arms length show the height step into your lunge and rotate over the lead side right that's important because if you go away from that lead side you're messing with your center of gravity your body can't stabilize so you want to make sure you go against it load against the cord the quad and then hit those reps nice and stable good core positioning keep your eyes forward the whole time and then we're going to step to banded rotational press okay so we're working with crossover symmetry you can use any band that you want to reasonable tension hold it in tight to your chest and same thing we're going to step and rotate each step plan that lean foot rotate the hips then fire with speed try and look for weaknesses on the opposite side but also work to get better if the opposite side can accelerate means you can decelerate more efficiently and he's going to help you have a better golf swing and also going to help you with injury prevention and longevity all right let's hear this hit a set of this work as well all right guys grab your club this is the gym club and just because we're unloaded doesn't mean that we can't be aggressive in our movement patterns all right so stabilize rotate same reps and sets we're going to go 12 6 just make sure that as you plan that lead knee everything stabilizes around it the whole foot works against the ground and then you rotate against that lead side take it out over and through keep your eyes forwards unless you're showing us what to do there we go hit those reps and then similar intent with the mid with the strap to the med ball okay so feet together hands in step rotate be aggressive every rep push the ground fire the hips first and finish strong really extend to the target and that's it fast speed work gets it done so guys go ahead and work on this combination again proven to gain speed stability longevity and we've seen golfers gain at least 30 yards in a pretty awesome period of time okay so unilateral stability rotational sequencing whether you got loaded or unloaded make sure you go full send guys I hope you enjoyed that first person aspect we'll be testing things out guys we're always trying to do things better we've got something pretty cool coming up with that real soon if you like this make sure you subscribe tell your friends and go ahead and check out the app guys we've got it where we want it go get your free trial and go straw [Music] you
