publicMaps to Activation. Tests whether the lower body can do its job at impact — staying in posture while managing vertical, rotational, and lateral forces at once.
Assesses: glute function (vs. hamstring/low-back substitution) · postural control under load · hip flexor–glute balance. Setup: supine, feet flat, knees up, neutral spine; drive through the feet to a straight line from knees through hips to shoulders.
