Why it matters for golf

Loading this incredible exercise to develop rotational patterns and increase stability and balance in the lower body.

How to perform

  1. Take a split stance position with the Kettlebell in the Goblet hold.
  2. Perform your Split Squat whilst rotating your upper body to 90 degrees at the bottom of the movement.
  3. Push out of the ground, stabilise and return to the starting position.
  4. Always work both sides and here we rotate internally to create balance through each movement pattern.

Alternatives

Lower body asymmetry and upper body separation is how you build a Golf Swing so if you are developing up to this movement use these options to develop balance, stability and mobility for your body and game.
