Why it matters for golf

A great movement for Golfers to build stability, balance and posterior chain engagement in one movement.

Using the ground, working in asymmetry and developing increased Golf Swing potential.

How to perform

  1. Set at a low attachment and take a cross body grip with a challenging weight that allows a full range of motion and control throughout.
  2. Hinge into an RDL on the opposing leg, relieving tension on the Cable whilst maintaining single Leg balance.
  3. Fire the Glutes and push into the ground working against the resistance to return to the standing position.
  4. Continue with control and balance whilst always working both sides.

Alternatives

This is a dynamic pattern we use with numerous equipment options and specifics. With a Club only, it's a great one to use when you get to the course too.
