lungerotation

Why it matters for golf

A dynamic, challenging movement for the full body and definitely for your Golf Swing.

To stabilise and use the lower body and then create powerful upper body rotation is a sure fire way to improve your Golf Swing potential.

How to perform

  1. Set a Band just above Hip height and take Shoulder width grip.
  2. Perform the Reverse Lunge and stabilise your body before rotating through the resistance of the band at a full range of motion.
  3. Push out of the ground to return to the starting positioning and repeat on the other side of your body.

Alternatives

Break down the elements of this movement and increase your overall capacity. The separation and stability is the key here for your Golf Fitness progression.
